We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with expertise in Mazatrol programming to join a dynamic team here in the OKC area. As a CNC Machinist you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining Mazatrol CNC machines to fabricate metallic and non-metallic parts. Your precision and attention to detail will contribute to our reputation for producing high-quality components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and sketches to program Mazatrol CNC machines.
- Set up tools, load materials, and run CNC machining operations according to job specifications.
- Monitor machine operations, making adjustments as necessary to ensure parts meet tolerances and quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and make adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with engineers and production team members to optimize machining processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, with specific proficiency in Mazatrol programming.
- In-depth knowledge of CNC machines and machining processes.
- Ability to interpret technical documents and drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in your work.
- Solid understanding of measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machining issues.
