Service Manager Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of up to fifteen service technicians.
- Putting together quotes for the company.
- Directing service technicians on special projects.
- Set goals and targets for the team and monitor performance.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and effectively.
- Anticipate and evaluate potential problems and develop solutions.
Service Manager Skills & Requirements:
- Leadership skills.
- Management experience.
- Industrial knowledge or experience in oil and gas or automotive industry.
- Experience with project planning.
- Ability to look at a situation and know how the plan the project and what you will need.
