Warehouse Associate – Forklift Operator Responsibilities:
- Operate stand-up forklifts to load, unload, move, and stack product and materials
- Pull, pack, and stage orders accurately based on customer specifications
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation
- Receive and inspect incoming product for accuracy and quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse
- Comply with all company safety standards, policies, and procedures
- Perform general warehouse tasks as assigned by supervisors or managers
Warehouse Associate – Forklift Operator Qualifications:
- Stand-up forklift experience required
- Previous experience in a refrigerated warehouse or food distribution environment is preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in cold environments, if needed
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good physical condition – able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
- Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Able to follow verbal and written instructions in English
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
