We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Technician to join a great team in Oklahoma City, OK. Key Responsibilities:
– Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures.
– Conduct inspections and tests using CMM, micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and indicators to ensure product quality.
– Analyze data and generate reports using Microsoft Excel to track quality performance and identify areas for improvement.
– Lead and mentor the quality assurance team, providing guidance and support to ensure adherence to quality standards.
– Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
– Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
– Participate in internal and external audits, and develop action plans to address any findings.
– Continuously monitor and improve the quality management system to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
– Proficiency in using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM).
– Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and indicators.
– Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
– Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
– Strong leadership and team management abilities.
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
– Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
