Engineering Manager Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manager a team of around 6 engineers.
- Planning, organizing, and executing engineering projects.
- Defining project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Maintaining a strong understanding of relevant technologies and engineering principles.
- Providing technical guidance and support to team members.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Ensuring adherence to engineering standards and best practices.
Engineering Manager Skills & Requirements:
- Chemical Degree and/ or Engineering degree.
- Comfortable managing people.
- Deep understanding of relevant technologies and engineering principles.
- Experience in planning, organizing, and executing projects.
- Ability to identify and solve complex technical problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
