We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Body Shop Technician to join a great team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in automotive collision repair. As a technician, you will work under the guidance of experienced professionals to learn the skills required to perform quality body repairs and refinishing on vehicles damaged in accidents or incidents.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist senior technicians in disassembling and assembling vehicles for body repair.

Learn to repair dents, dings, and minor collision damage using appropriate tools and techniques.

Sand, tape, mask, and prepare vehicle surfaces for painting.

Help maintain a clean and organized shop environment, including tools and equipment.

Perform minor body panel replacements and fit parts as directed.

Assist in the inspection and quality control process of completed repairs.

Follow safety procedures and use protective gear while working.

Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance technical knowledge.

Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required.

Technical training in auto body repair preferred but not required.

A passion for working with cars and a strong interest in body shop repair.

Basic knowledge of hand tools and mechanical aptitude.

Ability to follow directions and work well as part of a team.

Good attention to detail and strong work ethic.

Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
