Grit Resources is hiring an experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic for a great company in the Oklahoma City Metro area. This position requires close attention to detail as well as the ability to accurately troubleshoot mechanical issues. Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inspect machines, engines, transmissions etc.
- Troubleshoot reported problems and resolve them in a timely manner
- Perform thorough maintenance on machinery, equipment, and systems
- Maintain logs of work and report on issues
- Always use safety precautions
- Perform all other duties as assigned
- Working on Excavators, skid steers, dozers, and other dirt moving equipment.
Qualifications:
- Guys with experience working on dirt-moving equipment.
- Continuing education and training
- Good Attitude
- Experience as a heavy equipment mechanic
- Must be able to pass all preemployment screenings
- Must have reliable transportation
